Student Information Update

Parents! The 2021-2022 Student Information Update Form is coming to your email soon!

Your school will be sending you an email with a link to your Parent Portal in our School Engage system to complete this year’s form. The form contains important information for your children including contact information, medical information and annual consent forms.

New this year is a chance for parents to identify how they would like to receive school or division notifications. CTR's new mass notification system will streamline and improve our emergency communication process by using email, text, and voice rather than email alone. This system will provide parents with reliable and credible communication for parents in the event of an emergency such as a lockdown or environmental threat. It also has the ability to notify parents of bus route status changes quickly and efficiently.

The accuracy of the information is important. You will receive an email for each child in CTR. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your school.
